PROJECT BACKGROUND: While majority of users were happy, we wanted to focus on repeat work. Clients collaborated with custom teams, unaware of the outcomes other teams were producing for organizations.
CHALLENGE: We needed a way to delight nonprofits with the impact of our community, motivating them to enlist us for the support they needed to create even bigger outcomes in 2019.
USER RESEARCH: Every year nonprofit’s spend thousands of dollars and countless hours reporting on the outcomes of consumer donations. With one report they are held accountable to not only 501c3 legislation, but donors. Proving worthy of another year of donations, and social good. Every year, nonprofit professionals toil over how to make end of year reports informational and engaging.
HYPOTHESIS: We’ll turn what typically is a long, black and white, PDF nonprofits produce every year into an engaging open love letter to our community, thanking them for their hard work and congratulating them on their accomplishments. One video could become a proof point of our abilities and more reasons to trust us, and more specifically with their most important piece of work each year.
