SYP was in the midst of creating new modes of being together. I saw an important opportunity to design accessible, inclusive, and comfortable spaces designed to: Cater to the diversification of our employees & clients, Exemplify SYP values, Create a unifying blueprint for SYP hubs, Inspire other kyu companies.An all gender bathroom was one move we can take and space we can start to explore in our NY office.

SYP’s NY office has designated restrooms for only Female & Male individuals.
FUTURE STATE
SYP’s NY office has easy-to-find restrooms that are accessible to people across the gender spectrum.
